EntelliFusion provides the architecture behind Teksouth's Business Intelligence as a Service offering. Teksouth works with your organization to define requirements, integrate source systems, build the data models and support the environment as your needs evolve.
The service can bring in structured and semi-structured data from financial systems, ERPs, spreadsheets, databases and legacy applications, providing organizations with a single environment for business analytics and decision support.

From source data through ongoing support, the service works through five connected stages:
Bring data together from systems and sources across the organization.
Build organizational definitions and logic into the platform so they can be used consistently across reporting and analytics.
Create common data models around the information users and applications need.
Make data available through supported reporting tools, web interfaces and APIs.
Maintain and refine the environment through monitoring, data-model optimization, technical support and continued development.
EntelliFusion can make its underlying data models available to supported third-party tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense and Microsoft Office. Teams can work in the applications that fit their needs while drawing from a common data foundation.
EntelliFusion also includes WebIA, a browser-based reporting capability that allows authorized users to create, share and archive reports without requiring an additional third-party reporting product.
Reports can be exported to Excel when teams need a permanent record for analysis, documentation or audit support.
Organizations sometimes keep older systems running because they still contain records that finance, operations or other teams may need.
EntelliFusion can extract data from those systems and make it accessible through the broader analytics environment. That can reduce an organization’s dependence on the original application and provide a path toward retiring systems that no longer need to remain operational.
Whether a system can be decommissioned depends on its integrations, records requirements, security obligations and other technical dependencies.
